Orissa Stevedores Limited, Chennai has loaded 3407 CBM of Project Cargo of BHEL & BHP Engineers per M .V. Express Lily in a record time bettering their own earlier record at Chennai Port. The vessel berthed on 20th June 03 and sailed on 23d June 03.

The cargo comprised of 657 packages ranging from 0.020 CBM to 147 CBM, and Orissa Stevedores Limited (OSL), completed the loading in eight shifts engaging eight gangs.

Mr. L. Panigrahy, Senior Executive of OSL is thankful to the Chennai Port authorities, BHEL & BHP Engineers the shippers, Hunter Shipping & Trading, the agents of the vessel, Sanco Trans the C&F agents and the Chennai Port workers for loading the cargo in record time without any damages or problems, according to a press release issued by OSL.
